Qwest OKs targets for exec bonuses

of directors approved specific performance targets used to

Under the plan, bonus payments are calculated using bonus target
percentages and are adjusted based on a combination of
corporate, business-unit and individual performance.
Payments are expected to be distributed in the first quarter of
2009. The target bonus percentage for chairman and chief
executive Ed Mueller is 200 percent. The target for chief
financial officer John Richardson is 150 percent.
