As you know, yesterday, I wrote to both the U.S.
Attorney and the DOL Solicitor's office and asked what was
happening since the DOL sent me the October 19 letter. . .
Today, I received a response letter faxed to me and the text of
the letter is reproduced below, and a copy of the same letter is
attached hereto in Adobe PDF file format.
Also, today, I will mail to the DOL a check for
$626.25, the cost of the CD, one floppy disk and the photocopied
4,275 pages. I am still awaiting word from the U.S. Attorney's
office about our demand for payment of attorney's fees and the
court filing cost.

2004. Pursuant to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request
dated March 3, 2004, the Department of Labor is preparing to release
one CD, one floppy disk, and 4,275 pages of disclosable information
from the ongoing investigation of the Qwest Pension Plan. The cost
of copying this material at .15 per page is $626.25. Please make
your check for this amount payable to the "U.S. Treasury." If you
