    Gentlemen:

    This is to confirm that, today, I delivered to your office the fully executed "Settlement Agreement", a copy of which is attached hereto in Adobe PDF file format.  I understand your office will deliver to the Court on Monday.

       Also, unless the Court specifically requests there be a hearing before granting preliminary approval, Plaintiff's side does not request a hearing.  We would like to see this process carried out as expeditiously as possible.  Please let me know the dates you propose to insert in the class notice to be sent in the mail.
