I have attached hereto a copy of the class notice Qwest will have mailed out this week to those 3-4,000 persons who can participate in the proposed class settlement in the Colvin v. Qwest  case (Retiree Telephone Concession case).
 
 
Please note that a final "Fairness Hearing" will be held at the Otero County District Court in La Junta, Colorado on Wednesday, June 22, 2005, at 1:00 p.m.
